Reviews And Awards - DL-110

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 300 DF SOUND PRODUCT I purchased the turntable some time ago very impressed with all the features. Fully automatic best for me no jumping up at the end of the record. So far works flawlessly. Sounds great after updating the cartridge with higher end one than the stock one provided. No cons that are worthy of mentioning I would recommend this turntable as a good starter player.

Q&A - DL-110

Hello. I have a Technics SL1700 turntable and am considering the Denon DL 110 cartridge and stylus. Is the 110 compatible with my turntable?

Asked by: deon59
I use one on my  SL 1600 mkII. Sounds great. As it is a high output MC it works fine with a standard MM phono pre amp

I recently pulled my Denon DP-37F back out of the box and need to replace the cartridge.  Would this be a good replacement?  If not, which cartridge do you recommend?

Dear Sir: I have a vintage DP35F (circa 1984) turntable paired with a Stereotech 1200 receiver (mid 1970's). 1) will it fit dp35?. 2) am I best pairing a High-output MC cartridge with this receiver (like the dl110) or should I go low output MC (DL103).

Asked by: ilfalcos
Hey Ilfacos, To answer your first question the DP35F doesn't have a built in preamp, so if the 1200 doesn't have a phono input you'll need to use one. To answer your second question the DP35F originally used a MM cartridge DL-60, so ideally they would use another MM cartridge. However, out of the two the DL110 is probably the best fit. I hope this helps if not you can always give us a call to have one of our expert technical support team members assist with any other concerns you may have. Thanks, Denon North America

Will this work with the DP 400 Turntable?

Asked by: GMacky
Hey GMacky, The supplied stylus on the unit is good for approximately 400 hours of playback. Replace the stylus in a timely fashion to prevent damage to your record collection. When replacing the stylus, make sure to request the DSN-85. I have the Denon Quartz DP-23F. Is the DL-110 a good replacement cartridge? If not, do you have a suggested Denon cartridge to use? Thank you!

Asked by: KyussGuy
Hey KyussGuy, So this is a subjective question since it would be based on if you like it. However, what I can say for certain is the DL-110 is our most popular replacement cartridge. So I am sure you will like it. I hope this helps if not you can always give us a call to have one of our expert technical support team members assist with any other concerns you may have.
